Setup and installation of outdoor LED display screens

(1) LED display screens are installed outdoors, often exposed to sunlight, rain, wind and dust, and have a harsh working environment. Electronic devices that are wet or severely damp can cause short circuits or even fires, leading to malfunctions or even fires, causing losses;
(2) The display screen may be subjected to strong electrical and magnetic attacks caused by lightning;
(3) The ambient temperature varies greatly. When the display screen is working, it must generate a certain amount of heat. If the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is poor, the integrated circuit may not work properly, or even be burned out, thereby making the display system unable to work properly;
(4) Wide audience, long visual range and broad field of vision required; The ambient light varies greatly, especially when exposed to direct sunlight.

For the above special requirements, outdoor LED display screens must achieve:
(1) The screen and the junction between the screen and the building must be strictly waterproof and leak proof; The screen should have good drainage measures to ensure smooth drainage in case of accumulated water;
(2) Install lightning protection devices on display screens and buildings. The main body and casing of the display screen should be well grounded, with a grounding resistance of less than 3 ohms, to timely discharge large currents caused by lightning;
(3) Install ventilation equipment to cool down and keep the internal temperature of the screen between -10 ℃ and 40 ℃. Install an axial fan above the back of the screen to dissipate heat;
(4) Select industrial grade integrated circuit chips with operating temperatures between -40 ℃ and 80 ℃ to prevent the display screen from being unable to start due to low temperatures in winter.;
(5) In order to ensure long-distance visibility under strong ambient light, ultra-high brightness light-emitting diodes must be selected;
