LED transparent screen is favored by the market because of its light weight, high permeability, low energy consumption, and its own layered visual effect. How to judge whether the LED transparent screen is good or bad? Someone said that the quality of the box can be roughly judged by its appearance. Is that true?

1. Brightness comparison
Close the acrylic plate to the same number of modules and slowly raise it for a short distance to see if the brightness of the lamp beads can meet your requirements. Of course, it is more direct to put the module directly in the word. The higher the brightness is, the higher the requirements for lamp beads are, and the cost is relatively high. Low brightness can be used in pure indoor environment, but if it is a window LED transparent screen or LED glass curtain wall screen, it is required to be a bright LED transparent screen.
2. While watching the brightness, pay attention to whether the light of the lamp bead is uniform
When observing white light, you must pay attention to whether there is chromatic aberration (this is quite important) – if you cover it with a thin white paper, you may not be able to observe it, so you should use a certain thickness of acrylic. The presence or absence of color difference is the most important part to distinguish the quality, and is also one of the main reasons for the price difference of LED transparent screens.
3. Wire identification
High quality wire rods have passed UL certification. These LED transparent screen manufacturers indicate that they are unreliable, so the most direct way is to remove the outer skin and count the number of wire cores inside!
4. Lamp bead temperature
After lighting up for a period of time, touch the LED lamp bead with your hand. If the temperature is very high or even hot, it is certainly not as stable as low temperature.
At present, LED transparent screen has two production methods, one is positive lighting, the other is side lighting. Although the side lighting has a relatively high permeability, the positive lighting lamp beads are those of the traditional LED display screen, and the quality is very stable after market inspection.
