Outdoor LED display module maintenance manual

1、 Multiple modules of LED display are not on continuously or abnormal: check whether the cable of the first abnormal module in the signal direction is in good contact with the power line. If the module does not have led on, it indicates that there is no power input. Please check the power supply part (which can be checked with a multimeter). If there are colors (bright spots with color confusion), it indicates that the module has no signal input, Please check if the input end of the first abnormal module’s cable is in close contact. It can be plugged and unplugged for many times. If the problem still exists, you can replace it with a new cable.

2、 Single mode group does not light up: check whether the power supply of the module is good, mainly check whether the power socket on the module is loose. If the color of the whole module is confused or inconsistent (but there is signal input and correct picture), it is poor contact of the signal transmission line. Plug and unplug the line again, or replace the tested line. If the same problem still exists after replacing a good cable, please check if there is any problem with the PCB interface.

3、 Detection method for single lamp of LED display: use a multimeter to check whether the LED is damaged. If the lamp is damaged, replace it according to item 5 below.

4、 Led bad point maintenance (out of control point): if the LED is damaged after single lamp detection, the following maintenance methods are selected according to the actual demand.
1. Front maintenance: remove the screws of the fixed mask from the front with the corresponding type of screwdriver (pay attention to keep the screws), remove the lower mask and replace the lamp (please replace the lamp according to the following method). After the lamp replacement and gel sealing, restore the original mask and tighten the screws (please pay attention not to press the lamp when screw on), Finally, if colloid remains on the LED surface, please remove the colloid carefully. 2. Back maintenance of LED display: remove the screw from the back with the corresponding type of screwdriver (pay attention to keep the screw), and unplug the signal cable.
