1、 Material selection
The key materials that determine the stability of transparent LED display include LED lamp, driving IC, power supply, power signal connector and excellent structure design. Our requirements for material selection are: international famous brands, higher than the industry standard requirements for relevant tests, and various protection functions. For example, switching power supply selection requirements: overheating protection, AC input to support wide voltage, anti surge. DC output should have over-voltage and over-current protection. The structure design not only ensures the box beautiful and fashionable, but also ensures good heat dissipation and fast splicing.
2、 System control scheme
Each link of the system control has hot backup function, including video sending and receiving equipment, signal transmission cable, etc. it can ensure that when an unexpected situation occurs in a certain link of the system, the system can automatically diagnose and switch to the standby equipment at a very fast speed, and the whole switching process will not affect the display effect of the scene. For example: in order to meet the needs of the stage scene, the display screen needs to be mobile splicing modeling in the live broadcast. If the signal input line of a display screen in the middle of the large screen is loosened due to the negligence of the staff or other reasons, in the conventional control scheme, all the displays will have no signal from the box that is loosened to the end of the signal cascade. If the hot backup scheme is added to the control system, the hot backup function will be activated at the moment when the signal line is loose, and the display screen can still work normally without any impact on the live broadcast.
